Chief of Department Paul Rogers and the Board of Fire Commissioners are proud to announce that Nicholas Ward has been sworn into the position of 2nd Assistant Chief of the Hughsonville Fire District. On January 1, 2025, The Board of Fire Commissioners held their annual Re-Organizational Meeting and formally approved the Chief Staff. The Chief Staff were sworn into their respective positions by Commissioner Mark Liebermann.

Assistant Chief Ward is a twenty year veteran and life member of the Hughsonville Fire Company. He has held the following positions within our organization: Training Officer, Lieutenant, and Company Captain.
