On Friday, December 20th, Hughsonville Firefighters responded mutual aid to the Rombout Fire District for a 2nd Alarm Structure Fire on Beech Court. Hughsonville Fire Department was dispatched at 19:21 with an additional F.A.S.T Team. Hughsonville responded with 45-1(Chief), 45-2(Asst. Chief), 45-3(Dep. On Wednesday, November 8, at 9:27am, the Hughsonville Fire Department was dispatched to an occupied single family home on Old State Road (off Route 9D) for a report of visible smoke coming from a residence. Hughsonville FD personnel arrived on scene within 4 minutes and the incident commander confirmed that smoke was coming from the building with one subject exiting from the front door.

On Tuesday, October 3 at 1:28pm, the Hughsonville Fire Department and Town of Wappinger EMS were dispatched to a reported serious motorcycle accident on Route 9, between South Fowlerhouse Road and MacFarlane Road, in the Town of Wappinger.
